How to do for Negative Overjet Correction?

Sue has protruding lower jaw and negative overjet. She does not like her flat or concave profile. She came to me for consultation, I proposed jaw surgery. It was too aggressive. So, second option we gave her was to have mandibular (lower) TAD(Temporary ortho anchor) to bring lower anterior teeth in. If you see 2 bottom left x-rays, you can see she has two screws on ramus area. We use those screws as anchor to bring lower teeth in. After ortho, we remove it and it does not leave any scars or holes.
