Are your front teeth chipped? Do you need your front anterior crowns replaced?
Restoring anterior teeth with crowns is very time consuming and hard work for dentist, as well as for patient. Your smile is very unique. Replacing broken/chipped teeth or improving your smile needs following work.
- Shape of crown – we spend extensive time to design front teeth. We copy contra-side of same tooth and mirror it to make symmetrical. There’s extensive communication between patient and myself to make this happen. I know this process is boring but please bear with me when I take couple of funny photos.
- Shade – most difficult thing. We check luminosity, hue and saturation to match your all-ceramic crowns to your natural teeth. However, your natural teeth, all have its own value of these. So, we have to pick the one which is closet to your teeth. Sometimes it is difficult to match color perfectly. We use industry-leading technology and material to match the shade of crown with limitations. We cannot match single crown to adjacent tooth perfectly.
These are the cases done by me. You may notice subtle color difference.
